
As a therapist my goal is to create the space for clients to feel safe and comfortable to begin their journey in healing. I believe the client is the driver and I am the one in the passenger seat pointing out the scenery and occasionally giving some direction. I support my clients from all walks of life with a non-judgmental attitude, full of support and kindness, with a little humor and some “realness” thrown in there I often utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as a basis in our work, with my foundation and belief being client centered and knowing you are the expert in your life.
