Do you struggle with understanding yourself and your needs? These are some concerns that might be related to negative experiences that have occurred at different stages in our lives. I work with individuals navigating impacts of trauma from interpersonal relationships, as well as anxiety and self-esteem concerns. I hold a strong desire to support you through the process of change, growth, and optimal wellbeing. My goal is to collaborate with you to build resiliency, uncover strengths, and establish hope. I do this by supporting you in understanding your thought patterns, create connections with your emotions to express them safely, and get in touch with your body. While I aim to work at your pace, you can expect questions that trigger reflections and insights. Reaching out for support can be a challenging part of the therapeutic process. I strive to create an emotionally safe environment, so that you can feel heard and seen. I look forward to connecting with and supporting you towards a greater sense of self-love and fulfillment. I offer support through EMDR, CBT, EFT, SFBT, Narrative, and somatic interventions.
