
My ideal clients are individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, issues in their interpersonal relationships, self esteem, work/life balance, spirituality, life transitions, in crisis and are in need of coping skills. Their needs are wanting to improve their mood and relationship with others. Their goals are to develop new skills to make small changes in their lives and implement a routine that they can do consistently. We all have desires to be the best version of ourselves but sometimes life happens and we need help to get where we want to be. As a licensed therapist working with students and adults, I offer compassion, active listening, empathy, validation, and personalized sessions to help individuals overcome the challenges life brings.
