Everybody experiences life differently; and as an advocate for mental health awareness and wellness, I assist clients with mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum) mental health challenges, trauma, self-esteem issues, and life transitions by drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques and mindfulness-based interventions to help navigate your unique story. My experiences as a black female inform my practice, bringing to it a blend of cultural sensitivity, compassion, and heartfelt dedication. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and advocacy.
