
Ashley C. Lhérisson is a Senior Associate at WilmerHale LLP where she focuses her practice on complex securities litigation and enforcement matters, as well as government and internal investigations. She has experience representing global corporations, financial institutions and individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other regulatory organizations. Ms. Lhérisson joined WilmerHale after working for several years as a litigation associate in the New York office of two international law firms. Ms. Lhérisson previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert D. Sack at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, a law clerk for the Honorable Jane A. Restani at the US Court of International Trade, and a legal secondee at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Lhérisson is the Founder of Ivy Grad Services LLC, a graduate school admissions consulting business that helps diverse students gain admission to top law schools across the country. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law where she teaches Legal Research & Writing to first year law students. Ms. Lhérisson currently serves as Co-Chair of the SEO Junior Leadership Board and Co-Chair of the Pipeline to Practice Foundation. Ms. Lhérisson is also the former Governance Chair of Ms. JD’s Board of Directors and a former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Women in the Legal Profession Committee.
