Alex Adewunmi

Alexander (“Alex”) is the founding/managing partner at Adewunmi Law Firm, PLLC. Alex began his legal career in Dallas, Texas, as a Commercial Litigation Associate, where he primarily handled complex commercial litigation, arbitration matters, and a wide variety of civil disputes. Alex counseled clients in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, residential/commercial real estate disputes, and family law matters. Additionally, Alex assisted small businesses and entrepreneurs with entity formation, business operating agreements, employment/independent contractor agreements and other essential business-related legal services. In 2020, Alex was selected to join The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an organization dedicated to championing African American legal excellence.
