Alison Ashe-Card

Extraordinary service is the defining characteristic of Alison Ashe-Card’s legal career. Alison serves as the inaugural Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Duke University School of Law. She is an experienced litigator, career services professional, and DEI expert. Alison has written and presented on numerous diversity, equity and inclusion topics, including a 6-part series entitled “Making Noise: Doing Our Part to Dismantle Racism and White Supremacy in the Legal Profession” published in the NALP Bulletin.
