Life often comes at us in ways that leave little room to breathe, feel, and reflect. This can create a cycle of survival that forces us to simply ‘get over’ what impacts us. I support clients in slowing down and tending to their mental and emotional well-being. I help clients understand the experiences that influence how they move through the world, foster compassion for how they have survived thus far, and develop new ways to care for themselves. I also gently challenge those I work with to recognize and lean into their strengths.
