As a licensed clinical therapist, I’ve spent nearly ten years working with adults of all age ranges, in college, in professional careers, even in retirement. I work with people who desire a mental health professional for support in managing demanding careers, lifestyles, transitions, processing conflicts, grief and loss, past traumas, managing mental illness including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions and any range of unexpected crisis that can occur throughout our journey in life. My approach includes using Cognitive Behavioral Methods that are Person-Centered and Strengths Based. I work collaboratively with clients to address how thoughts, feelings and behaviors interconnect. Also to help them identify their unique strengths and exercise them in order to overcome challenges, achieve goals and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe in the importance of creating a safe space for my clients, allowing them to feel heard, validated and supported throughout this journey of healing. I will help you identify your strengths, identify barriers to growth, help you to process emotional wounds and also manage the variety of challenges that come with life.
