Andrew is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Construction and Business Litigation practice groups. Andrew has experience conducting all stages of litigation, including analyzing case law and drafting memoranda, motions, and briefs on complex commercial, product liability, higher education and construction issues. He has drafted discovery requests, responses, and settlement agreements and negotiated commercial contract settlements. Andrew also has court experience arguing motions on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Andrew supported complex commercial litigation and tort matters at a specialized litigation and commercial real estate firm. He has also interned with the Forsyth County Public Defender’s office and the NAACP.
