Hi, I’m Anneta, a Psychologist based in Airdrie, Alberta. I’m so glad you are here. It’s an honour to offer virtual services to residents of Alberta, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and New Brunswick. I have over 12 clinical years experience and I’m passionate about working with individual adults, couples and parents. Some of my specialties include anxiety, relationship concerns, relationship based parenting (Circle of Security Parenting), trauma, PTSD, and depression. I’m constantly inspired by clients courage and positive intention for change and personal growth. I use evidence-based approaches based on clients specific needs in therapy, however a huge priority of mine is ensuring our therapeutic connection is genuine.
