As individuals, we often strive to become the best versions of ourselves using different techniques and tools. As a therapist, I hope to walk alongside you on this journey towards fulfillment, growth, and positive change. My areas of interest include but are not limited to supporting clients who experience challenges with anxiety, stress, concerns around boundary setting and self-acceptance, grief, trauma, and improving one’s overall well-being, through building adaptive coping mechanisms and implementing positive life transitions.
