There is no guidebook on parenting. While it can be very rewarding, it can also be challenging. Whether you’re an expecting parent, first-time parent, or seasoned parent, we all could use a little support sometime. I am passionate about working with parents/caregivers to navigate the challenges and rewards of creating a family and parenting young children, including pregnancy, postpartum, transition to parenthood, or other life changes. By using a relationship-based approach we can navigate issues such as stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum adjustments, parenting, and the parent-child relationship. I have experience providing Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health services, along with additional training in Perinatal Mental Health. I believe that “it takes a village” to support both the child and parent on their journey together. I strive to empower parents and caregivers by holding space and providing tools, insights, and encouragement needed to build a healthy foundation for their family.
