An ideal therapy client for me is someone who demonstrates a readiness to engage in introspection, embrace discomfort as a catalyst for growth, exhibit a willingness to change, and remain open to new experiences. Together, our goal is to embark on a journey toward a life that is meaningful and fulfilling, guided by self-awareness, resilience, and a commitment to personal development. I am a licensed clinical health psychologist in Southeast Michigan, dedicated to guiding individuals towards lives of meaning and fulfillment. I am a chronic pain, trauma, and personal growth therapist. I help adults overcome feelings of being stuck and disconnected in order to build a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy. I am also a PSYPACT certified psychologist. In addition to clinical practice, I serve as Vice-Chairperson for the Michigan Health Professional Recovery Committee.
