Taking care of yourself is the best way to care for others. Thank you for taking the first step in caring for yourself by seeking therapy. I strive to help those who find themselves struggling with issues related to anxiety, parenting, depression, relationships and boundaries. I decided to become a social worker after experiencing compassionate therapeutic care from a social worker. I specialize in working with those managing stressors related to perinatal, postpartum and parenting.
