Charity has experience working with children and families in hospital acute crisis, community, school-based, and private practice agencies. Charity specializes in working with adults and teens with mental health issues relating to trauma, anxiety, and depression, grief, and life transitions. She works from a collaborative, trauma and culture-informed approach, integrating a variety of theories and techniques such as: cognitive-processing, dialectical-behavioral, somatic therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and more
