I work with folks who are navigating chronic stress and trauma…and the dysregulation, anxiety, and depression that often accompany them. Stress and trauma affect the relationship you have with yourself and your relationships with family, colleagues, and friends. Together we explore how trauma and stress impact the nature of who you are and who you are being at any moment, your physical health, and the outcomes you want to achieve. I travel alongside you as a compassionate presence, witness your healing journey, and help you develop a healthy sense of self. I will be there to listen, challenge, and support you throughout this process My work is grounded in polyvagal theory… a theory that describes the ways the autonomic nervous system works and its impact on your emotional and physical health. I also prioritize safety and relationships. A key to your healing and liberation is in accepting that what you once did to survive may now be creating harm to you and your relationships. I am excited that you have taken the courageous step to ask for help. I have come to believe that seeking support is an indication of courage and vulnerability. Let’s connect to see if we are a good match for each other. During our initial call, you will have the opportunity to share and ask questions, and I will share a bit about myself to see if we fit.
