I am a current master’s level Clinical Social Work Intern. I provide a safe welcoming space for all adults to explore, express and deepen their understanding of who they are and what it means to be their authentic self. I understand the parallels of intersectionality and the confides of navigating the world when all feels lost. I offer a holistic approach to therapy with techniques such as guided imagery, mindfulness, humor, empathy to help you connect deeper with yourself. For me therapy is about building a relationship with others to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. I work with adults who are coping with depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, trauma, racial identity, parenting concerns and much more. I practice from a feminist, trauma-informed, holistic framework, rooted in mindfulness, grounding skills to achieve self-discovery. I invite you to reach out and we can schedule a 15-minute consultation to get to know each other better.
