
Dawn has practiced labor and employment law for over two decades. She regularly represents clients in litigation involving allegations of sexual harassment; discrimination based on gender, race, disability and pregnancy; retaliation; wrongful termination; as well as wage and hour lawsuits both on an individual and class-wide basis. Dawn is also experienced in conducting and overseeing workplace investigations and advising institutional clients on litigation avoidance. Dawn co-founded CollinsKim with her long-time colleague, Tae Kim, when they both made the decision to leave “Big Law.” Dawn’s years of experience defending corporate employers in labor and employment matters, and advising C-suite leadership on litigation avoidance has contributed to her unique insight into workplace dynamics.
