I come from a diverse and inclusive frame of work seeking to learn from my clients’ unique lived experiences to help guide their introspective journey of fulfillment. I believe the most important part about an introspective therapeutic journey is the client-therapist relationship, there is no I in wellness, only WE. Therefore, I strive to foster an environment of solidarity and belongingness by treating you with unconditional positive regard no matter your race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or mental wellbeing. I specialize in working with BIPOC, African American and Black teens, adults and couples experiencing depression, communication issues, anxiety, low self esteem, stress, grief, trauma, attachment related issues and work/school burnout. As your therapist I commit to never giving up on you, and I will support your healing journey and help you see your mental health goals through no matter the challenges.
