Dr. Phillips joined Eagles Landing OB/GYN in 2006. She received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her medical degree from University of South Carolina. She completed her residency at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, Md where she received an award for excellence in laparoscopy. She is a member of ACOG and board certified with ABOG.
