
I am a passionate therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals of all ages to help them overcome barriers and improve their mental well-being. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy and Person-Centered therapy to address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. With a background in criminal justice, mental health counseling, and a PhD in Psychology, I am equipped to provide effective support and training to help you thrive. The theories that I utilize are cognitive behavior therapy and therapy. I also utilize performance enhancing techniques. I will work with behavior issues, career concerns, relationship issues, crisis, grief, and variety of other mental disorders. My education and experience covers over 20 years of serving individuals from diverse backgrounds I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, at school and home settings and provided individual and family counseling. I work extensively with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, trauma (sexual and physical), and phobias. I also provide training for agencies to build cohesiveness within their organization.
