
Dr. Garen Wolff is a board certified Allergy-Immunology physician, published scientist, national speaker, and native Detroiter. After graduating from Detroit Country Day, she matriculated to Wellesley College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. While there she published her first scientific article in the Biology of Reproduction Journal. Following her undergraduate education she pursued a Masters of Medical Science at Wayne State University in Detroit. Prior to attending medical school she participated in research at the National Institute of Health as an Intramural Research Training Award Fellow. Dr. Wolff earned her medical doctorate (MD) from Indiana University School of Medicine. Her Internal Medicine residency was conducted at Summa Health-Akron City Hospital. While there she was named “Resident of the Year”, for her dedication, scholarship, and patient advocacy. It was also at Summa that she decided to become an Allergist after her own experience with an allergic food reaction. After completing residency and successfully passing the American Board of Internal Medicine exam, Dr. Wolff became a board certified Internal Medicine physician. She received additional years of training and completed an Allergy-Immunology Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine where she worked at Riley Children’s Hospital in addition to all the hospitals affiliated with Indiana University.
