Dr. Garrick graduated from Penn State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and then Penn State Hershey College of Medicine in 2007. He then completed his residency in 2010 from his Family Medicine Residency Program at Christiana Care Health System located in Wilmington, DE. Dr. Garrick practices Holistic, Functional Medicine and Preventative Medicine to get to the root cause of disease so his patients can prevent and heal disease, improve quality of life, and help with longevity; a proactive approach to health. He also believes Lifestyle, Mental health, and Gut Health are extremely important to a person’s health & wellness. He is passionate about providing High Quality, Patient-Centered Care. In the traditional insurance-based model, he saw that he experienced significant barriers to providing the kind of care that he believed his patients deserved, so he started METSI Care. At METSI Care, we have the ability to do Early Cancer Screenings of over 50 cancers, Advanced Hormone Testing, Gut Testing including SIBO, Food and Environmental Allergy Testing, Mycotoxin Testing, and more!
