Dr. H. Justin Harlow was born and raised on the south side of Atlanta in College Park, GA. Dr. Harlow earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in anthropology and human biology from Emory University. After graduating, he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the age of 25 from the School of Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He refers to himself as an “expanded function general dentist” due to his appreciation for procedures like root canals, extractions, and cosmetic crowns. He has committed himself to staying at the forefront of dental technology and techniques by being an active member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Old North State Dental Society. Passionate about giving back, he volunteers with the Missions of Mercy Clinic, gives career seminars to dental students at UNC-Chapel Hill, and mentors students at UNC and ECU dental schools through the Old North State mentoring program. His colleagues have voted for him as one of Charlotte’s Top Dentists since 2020 in Charlotte Magazine.
