
Dr. Jason T. Hayes, M.D., was born in Willingboro, New Jersey, and grew up in Opelousas, Louisiana. He began living in Alpharetta, Georgia in 2015. Dr. Hayes earned his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1999. Then, he earned his M.D. and M.S. in Public Health from Meharry Medical College in 2004. Next, Dr. Hayes completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in 2007. During the same year, he become board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and re-certified in 2017. Furthermore, Dr. Hayes earned a Physician Executive M.B.A. from Haslam College of Business in 2016. Dr. Hayes’ professional experience includes working as a CDC epidemiology intern, as a Congressional intern with Rep. Jim Cooper (D), as a National Health Service Corp Physician, as an ACP Leadership Day Patient Advocate, and as a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician. Currently, he owns the small business Personal Concierge MD in Alpharetta.
