Having spent over the last three decades in the medical field, Dr. Shelby K. Samuel has established a successful career. He received his BS in Biology from Yale University in 1982. After completing his degree in 1986 from SUNY Downstate Medical Center he remained in the area; performing his internship at Kings County Hospital. He then went on to complete a residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and afterwards his fellowship training in gastroenterology at Downstate Kings County Hospital.
