My practice is grounded in the belief that greater insight into our emotions, thoughts, and motivations can bring us closer to our highest selves. I provide a judgment-free space where clients can build self-compassion and feel that their voices are heard. I work with a wide range of clients, but my specialties include perfectionism, difficulty establishing identity and purpose, coping with effects of systemic oppression and discrimination, life transitions, and relationship conflict. My approach to individual therapy involves the integration of Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. In my work with couples, I utilize Psychodynamic therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy in order to foster attunement and connection.
