
Jasmine Brown represents individual and corporate clients in a broad range of complex litigation and investigation matters, including contracts disputes, trade secrets disputes, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disputes, government and internal investigations, and civil and criminal allegations of fraud and misconduct. She litigates in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitration. She draws on her experience from both her previous roles, including as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and her current role to counsel and defend clients in the healthcare, life sciences, and education space. Additionally, Jasmine serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys and maintains an active pro-bono practice, focusing on areas of racial justice and equity, civil rights and discrimination, education, veterans’ benefits, and housing.
