I’m Jasmine Robinson, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am committed to helping individuals be their best selves! My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of my client. Although eclectic, I frequently use Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities. I’ve found that my style and approach seem to be a good fit for young adults going through life transitions, whether that is being newly married, starting a family, or starting a new career. These individuals are usually dealing with Anxiety, Depression, stress, or other adjustment issues. My communication style consists of listening and providing honest, nonjudgmental feedback. I want my clients to feel comfortable and able to express their feelings during sessions. My approach to goal setting is working with the client to determine what goals they want to accomplish. We work together, devise a plan, and measure progress along the way. You can expect the first session to be us getting to know each other. We will spend this session discussing your goals and reasons for therapy.
