Being a Haitian immigrant, I offer culturally informed support. with insight in the Black or/and Multicultural living experience. I also accompany women facing reproductive mental health challenges, including perinatal and postpartum issues I work from a transcultural, trauma informed and holistic approach, blending evidence based approaches such as Narrative, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Emotional Focused therapy. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage.
