
Life presents many challenges to the various domains of wellbeing. The stressors can manifest through negative or difficult thoughts, overwhelming emotions, and ruptures in our relationships with others and our selves. As a consequence, we may struggle with harmful or addictive behaviors, or overly critical self-talk, which may lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress, and many other difficulties. Unfortunately, in the midst of overwhelm we often feel disconnected and isolated from those in our lives. I aim to create a supportive empathetic therapeutic relationship that encourages the growth and wellbeing of each client.
