
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you. I can also discuss Racial Trauma focusing on past and continuing experiences of prejudice, being marginalized, experiences of racist attacks (physical and/or psychological) in person or vicarious (i.e. through the media). Being bullied and trying to navigate a toxic work environment is increasingly a challenge where clients need strategies and tactics to protect their emotional well-being.
