My speciality is working to resolve a wide variety of issues, including PTSD, racial trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, and enhancing coping skills. My practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, and anti-stigma principles, along with mutual respect and cultural sensitivity.
