My ideal client is someone who is open to exploring their feelings and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. This client is willing to engage in the therapeutic process, actively participating in self-reflection and healing. They may be struggling with overwhelming emotions, past experiences, or life changes and seek professional guidance to cope and move forward. An ideal client is committed to personal growth and willing to try different therapeutic techniques to address their unique challenges. I use a trauma-informed approach with the belief that we have all had adverse experiences or trauma in our lifetime. I commonly pull modalities that include CBT, EMDR, Attachment Therapy, ACT, IFS and Somatic-based therapy. There are many other cognitive and behavioral techniques that I may incorporate if there is evidence that doing so would benefit you. I believe that healing occurs using a client-centered and collaborative approach. I focus on creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am here to listen, support, and guide you on your healing journey with empathy and respect.
