I strive to create a therapy experience which is inclusive, holistic, and centers cultural humility. My approach is integrative and strengths based. I incorporate elements of mindfulness, CBT, ACT and solution-focused techniques. I typically work with individuals focusing on ADHD, anxiety, racial trauma & life adjustments.
