I work with all ages and specialize in supporting children, teens, caregivers, and young adults with behavioral and emotional concerns, including but not limited to disruptive behaviors and parenting struggles, ADHD, anxiety, depression, communication and social challenges, and trauma/life stressors. I provide a safe space to address specific challenges, enrich personal growth, and to find balance in mind, body, and lifestyle. My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and engaging while my approach is holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
