Traumatic events are painful and often result in wounds that can’t be seen. I believe that understanding trauma and how trauma has affected you is the first step in healing from trauma. You don’t have to do this alone. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults – those who have experienced trauma and those who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression. In addition, I also work with families experiencing separation or divorce. My goal is to help families effectively communicate while you try to figure out the emotional, physical, and custodial stressors that often accompany a divorce.
