
As humans, we are faced with stress and various life challenges. My role as a counselor is to l support you as you explore the power within and possibilities that allow you to work through the challenges and problems causing fear, shame, negative emotion/beliefs, and behaviors. while allowing you to recognize the role of triggers and develop more self-awareness and language to describe what is happening to regain a sense of hope and belonging. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life, and culturally aware and appreciate each of my client’s unique perspectives.
