Sometimes life experiences can cause us to second guess ourselves and lead us toward less than favorable situations. It happens to the best of us and as a Black and BIPOC therapist, I want you to know that it doesn’t always have to be that way. Often it’s helpful to have the support of a spiritual connection, friends and family. It’s also helpful to have a therapeutic relationship.
