As a black woman, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, especially when juggling the weight of depression, anxiety, and the everyday challenges of life. For women of color, these struggles can feel even more isolating and complex, with cultural, societal, and personal pressures adding layers of difficulty. I believe in the power of human resilience, and I am committed to supporting my clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I offer online individual therapy services drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strengths-Based therapy.
