I have experience working with clients who struggle with trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I’ll work with you to build your resilience, set healthy boundaries, overcome your struggles, and achieve your goals.

I am EMDR certified, and use various theories and modalities like attachment theory, family systems theory, IFS, EFT, Brainspotting, and CBT, to help people grow in healthy ways and begin forming healthy relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I offer weekly sessions, and trauma healing intensives.
