I’m a Master’s level social worker deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate their everyday experiences. My work focuses on supporting people dealing with substance misuse, addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and mental health concerns, all through a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, feminist lens. I specialize in working with Black and racialized women and young adults, providing client-centred and culturally safe support to help them build resilience and navigate mental health challenges and systemic issues. Every individual’s journey is unique, which is why a client-centred approach is central to my practice. My empathetic and compassionate nature helps me build meaningful, empowering client relationships. This trust allows me to work alongside you rather than just offering guidance from the sidelines. I’m honoured to support you in telling your own story. By fostering a collaborative, non-judgmental, and affirming environment, we’ll work together to enhance your self-awareness and develop the skills needed to engage fully with your life and handle the everyday ups and downs with confidence, empowering you to actively participate in your own life
