
Omar Graham is an associate at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker, LLP in their Complex Tort General Casualty practice group. Mr. Graham represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, defending claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury, and the New York labor law. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Mr. Graham worked as a public servant defending the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In addition to handling general, automobile, and premises liability matters, Mr. Graham’s caseload included civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. §1983, railroad liability under the Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA), and workers’ compensation matters. Before entering the world of civil litigation, Omar began his legal career at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he would eventually become a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Juvenile Unit. Omar handled cases of all levels, up to and including felonies of the first degree, gaining extensive and valuable courtroom and trial experience.
