As a somatic therapist, I don’t just listen to your problems and give you advice, I’ll also help you learn how to feel present and safe in your body, feel less overwhelmed by your emotions, understand yourself more, and feel more comfortable expressing your needs. I specialize in complex/attachment trauma, racial identity issues (including mixed race issues), and chronic pain/illness. The connection between these issues is trauma and belonging – feeling at home in your body and your relationships.
