
Stressed? Anxious? Depressed? Worried about what’s going on? We provide multicultural trauma-informed therapy to adults wanting to improve their mental health. We use a collaborative approach to highlight strength and resilience while helping clients manage depression, anxiety, body image dissatisfaction, racial trauma, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. We specialize in racial/ethnic identity, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, religious/spirituality concerns, gender identity and experiences of marginalized groups. Most of our clients represent a variety of intersecting identities, as do the therapists in the practice.
