
The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination. As a clinician, it is my goal to help guide you in the right direction of your personal good life. While providing a secure, trustworthy environment for you, together we will work towards the process of building the best version of yourself. While I primarily use CBT in combination with Psychodynamic Theory, my approach is more importantly based on a foundation of empathy, compassion, and respect. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your unique needs and goals, and tailor my interventions to best suit your individual needs.
