Wamukelekile, Sabona—Welcome, We see you, and We honor your presence here! I am a Bantu African-Canadian woman with 20 years of experience walking alongside people from all walks of life, holding space for their sacred stories and healing journeys with humility, compassion and curiosity. I am dedicated to de-pathologizing and re-humanizing mental health, embracing and honoring people in their authentic wholeness. While my focus is on supporting racialized as Black, Indigenous and other racial equity-seeking peoples navigating identity-based, intergenerational, cultural and racial traumas, I welcome anyone aligned with my values. Even though I’ve successfully worked with children, youth, families, and adults navigating multifaceted mental health challenges, my focus is now on communal healing and collective liberation. I offer wellness and resilience-informed workshops and am accepting social workers and psychotherapists for inclusive, and equity- responsive clinical supervision. Co-creating inclusive and equitable workplaces requires ongoing cultural humility—a commitment to unlearn, relearn, and co-heal. The private practice world can be isolating, but I’m here to partner, bear witness, and collaborate with you in offering communal healing, employee wellness, and clinical supervision solutions. Let me be part of your village!
