When was the last time you felt a sense of wellness and peace? When was the last time you felt inner joy and equanimity? We all make mistakes and we all suffer from other people’s mistakes and wrong done to us. However, we don’t have to continue to live with the same pain and loss tomorrow. I am person-centred in my approach. My passion is to help individuals overcome their anxiety and depression. I help couples, individuals, and families understand and enjoy each other. I also assist people dealing with grief and loss achieve wellness, healing and inner peace. I come to counselling with a heart of compassion. I am inclusive in my worldview, and appreciative of different cultures and values. I love to see individuals, couples and families get through their difficulties to find their best possible life.
