As a therapist I understand that people seek therapy for a range of clinical and or life issues, however, the overall goal is to become one’s best self. If that is your goal I am the therapist for you! Most of us will experience challenging situations as we go through life. These situations can leave us with emotional wounds, unresolved trauma, or difficulty managing emotions. With my skills and experience, I help individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, boundaries, coping skills, grief, loss, and life transitions. I partner with clients to facilitate their goal whether it may be symptom relief, behavioral changes, problem resolution, or personal insight and understanding. Small shifts in one’s thoughts and actions can have a widespread positive effect on one’s life and overall well-being. As a therapist, I understand that emotional work is tough work. My warm interactive style focuses on support. Clients will feel seen and heard throughout our journey.
